ergmx.txaxreciprocity(attr, levels=None)

TXAXreciprocity: over reciprocated pairs of A-arcs, the number of B vertices X-tied to both. For directed two-level networks, as MPNet: the levels are the values of the vertex attribute attr, A and B (levels=(A, B), or the attribute’s two values, sorted); A-ties and B-ties are arcs within each level, and X-ties (affiliations) the arcs from an A vertex to a B vertex (fix the dyads from B to A with blocks()). in(v) and out(v) are a vertex’s in- and out-degrees within its level, x(v) its X-ties.
