class ergmx.EgmmeFit(network, formula, model, names, coef, cov, targets, target_stats, simulated, history, converged, settings)[source]#

A temporal ERGM fitted by tergm’s equilibrium generalized method of moments (ergmx.tergm() with estimate="EGMME"): coefficients whose dynamic process has, at equilibrium, the target statistics.

names#: Parameter names, as tergm’s (Form~edges, Persist~edges).

target_names#: The targets, their values, and their mean over the process at the estimate.

target_stats#: The targets, their values, and their mean over the process at the estimate.

simulated_targets#: The targets, their values, and their mean over the process at the estimate.

history#: The coefficients after each iteration of the stochastic approximation.

save(path)[source]#: Save the fit to a file, to reload with ergmx.load_fit().

simulate(time_slices=1, **options)[source]#: Simulate the process forward from the observed network: see ergmx.simulate_dynamic().
