Number of transitive triads (directed networks): those with at least one transitive triple and no intransitive two-path, the types 030T, 120D, 120U and 300 of Davis and Leinhardt’s (1972) triad census.

This is how R’s ergm documents its transitive term, but ergm 4.12 computes the number of transitive triples instead, the same as ttriple(). Use ttriple to reproduce ergm’s results; using transitive warns with ErgmDifferenceWarning.
