ergmx.F(formula, filter, negate=False)

Evaluate formula on the network of the ties that pass filter, as ergm’s F().

filter is a dyad-independent term with one statistic: a tie passes if adding it changes that statistic (does not, with negate=True). In a formula string: "F(~gwesp(0.5, fixed=TRUE), ~nodematch('level'))", with ~!nodematch('level') to negate.
