tergm’s formation model: formula evaluated on the union of the previous and the current network, which only changes when ties form. lm, as in N(), makes the coefficients vary between transitions, with the attributes .Time, .TimeID and .TimeDelta as well as the networks’ own (see ergmx.NetSeries()); subset, offset and label are those of N().
